Salary range between $65,000 - 70,000 depending upon experience 


Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Execution

  • Oversee and execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned branches and roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Support high-priority or difficult-to-fill roles across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring outcomes
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Recruiting Process Oversight & ATS Administration

  • Administer and maintain recruiting processes within the ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure job postings, workflows, templates, and candidate communications are consistent and effective
  • Monitor recruiting activity, including time-to-fill, pipeline progress, and hiring outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency and candidate experience

HRSC Recruiting Support, Training & Coordination

  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to HRSCs with recruiting responsibilities
  • Conduct regular team touchpoints to:
    • Share updates and best practices
    • Address questions and challenges
    • Reinforce consistency across branches
  • Coach HRSCs on candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring manager partnership
  • Conduct periodic reviews of recruiting activity to ensure timely follow-through and alignment with standards

Recruiting Strategy & Sourcing Partnerships

  • Maintain and evaluate recruiting sources, including job boards, vendors, and community partnerships
  • Manage relationships with recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed) coordinate pricing or contract adjustments as needed
  • Identify new sourcing channels and recruiting strategies to support hiring needs
  • Support occasional branch recruiting efforts, including job fairs or hiring events

Compliance & Hiring Standards

  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local laws
  • Maintain compliance with background checks, drug screenings, OFCCP, and EEO requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the ATS

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with HR, Operations, and leadership to align recruiting efforts with business needs
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to recruiting processes and outcomes
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire

General 

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional communication with managers, candidates, and team members

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting management experience, including sourcing
  • Experience supporting multi-site or field-based recruiting
  • Experience in working with an ATS
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing, and candidate evaluation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Work, Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience with ADP
  • Experience working in construction, service, or field-based environments
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience in training and coaching others in recruiting practices

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Occasional travel, sometimes overnight, for recruiting events or branch support as needed.



Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):

  1. New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire. This form is required by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Immigration and Naturalization Service. It is used to verify your identity and right to work in the United States. In addition, we verify employment eligibility via E-Verify. 
  2. All Positions require background checks with criminal courts, state and county repositories of criminal records, and the Department of Motor Vehicles. 
  3. A test for Evidence of Substance Abuse by urinalysis test is required if this application results in an offer of employment.
